My fitness journey began at a young age having come from a sporting family but it wasn’t until my mid-teens that I began hitting the gym to improve my athletic performance and the rest as the saying goes is history. Having a strong culture of health & fitness as a base growing up in the southern hemisphere my career brought me to the UK where I started and successfully ran for many years what is still today the largest personal training management agency in Europe with over 1000 PT’s across 200 Health Clubs.
However my passion was and always will be working with clients to coach them towards a specific goal.
